Saddam Hossen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Forestry and Environmental Science at Rangamati Science and Technology University (RMSTU), Bangladesh. With a strong academic background in Forestry from the University of Chittagong, his expertise spans sustainable forest management, biodiversity conservation, and climate change mitigation. His research focuses on land use dynamics, forest biometrics, and the application of GIS and remote sensing in natural/forest resource management. He has led multiple research projects funded by RMSTU and international organizations, including the Erasmus+ European Union Program. His contributions in research works have been widely published in reputed journals. Beyond academia, he has actively participated in international training, seminars, and capacity-building programs in Germany, Finland, and Bangladesh. He remains committed to advancing environmental sustainability through innovative research and education.
