Mr. Arif Hossain is currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Management at Rangamati Science and Technology University. He is committed to advancing high-quality teaching and contributing to meaningful research in the field of Human Resource Management. His academic career is marked by outstanding achievements: he completed his BBA in Human Resource Management at the University of Chittagong with a CGPA of 3.80, securing the 1st position, and later earned his MBA in Human Resource Management with a CGPA of 3.91, attaining the 2nd position.

His research orientation was strongly shaped by a comprehensive internship on HR Practice at International Beverages Private Limited (Coca-Cola), where he gained valuable exposure to contemporary HR operations. This experience strengthened his interest in organizational behavior, digital social innovation, HR information systems, and career management.

He continues to pursue forward-looking research and remains dedicated to fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment for his students.
