Mr. Aksadul Hasan Rakib has been working as a Lecturer in the Department of Management at Rangamati Science and Technology University since July 2025. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the Department of Management at University of Chittagong with a CGPA of 3.98 as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the same institution with CGPA of 3.88. His academic achievements have been formally recognized through the Bangladesh Government’s Honour General Scholarship awarded for outstanding performance at the undergraduate level, as well as merit-based Government Scholarships for excellence in his Higher Secondary Certificate examination. Mr. Rakib’s research interests center on strategic management, human resource management, general management and sustainability management. His master’s thesis titled “Understanding the Recycling Behaviour of Gen Z: A Post-COVID-19 Perspective” reflects his dedication to examining contemporary organisational behaviour through a sustainability lens.
