This paper tries to focus on environmental impact and the demographic phenomenon of tourism. Bangladesh is now on the highway to achieve the Sustainable development goals by 2030 after fulfilling significant achievement of Millennium Development Goals. The government has made some ambitious targets to achieve Sustainable Development Goals. It is important to note that sustainable development comprises several criteria. There is a significant need for environmental protection which is one of the three pillars of sustainable development. The other two are economic growth and social progress. Tourism and hospitality sector is seen to have emerged as a new area of sustainable development in recent time to contribute to social development. The scope of the positive contribution of tourism and hospitality is ample and relates to several dimensions such as earning of foreign exchange, employment generation, increasing productivity, hotel accommodation and transportation etc. However, the recent studies reveal that tourism has dramatically affected social, cultural, economic and environmental aspects of hospitality.

From the research study, it has found that customers are not happy with employee's behavior, ATM services of government commercial banks, number of ATM booths. They want more promotional advertisements from government commercial banks, more professionalism from the employees of government commercial banks, more simplicity in account opening and loan getting procedure. The researcher has found that customers have faith and believe in government commercial banks but as most of the time they do not get quick services from the government commercial bank so negative positioning is creating in consumer minds that will not be good for government commercial banks in the long run for their positioning as well as for their profitability.
Unemployment problem in Bangladesh is considered as one of the major obstacle for development and highly educated unemployed population is growing every year. Market experts are indicating that lack of skills of the graduates is causing such scenario while academicians and employers are having separate preferences over employment skills. According to this study, twenty fundamental employment skills are selected and both academicians’ & employers’ opinions are measured by ranking the skills according to their preferences. Three scales are created and university graduates’ skills are measured by each scale. After the skill measurement analysis, it’s found that the academician’ and employers’ skill preferences have no significant differences. So, the employers’ demand for skills is not causing the high number of educated unemployed graduates. As the academicians’ skill preferences is not much different than the employers’, the problem may lies in the curriculum of the universities.
Nowadays, recommendation systems are crucial in e-commerce. They deliver timely and relevant product suggestions to users. A well-crafted recommendation system can increase sales and create value for both buyers and sellers. In this research, we examine a large dataset containing sales data, product information, and customer contacts to gather statistical insights. We then introduce a collaborative filtering approach enhanced with data based on recency. Exploratory data analysis (EDA) techniques help identify relationships among variables, using key statistical tools and measures. To better understand consumer behavior, we generate grouped statistics such as purchasing trends by product category and customer age. The results of this research support the development of a collaborative filtering recommendation engine that incorporates recency weighting to improve product suggestions for online retail platforms.
